Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends/public holidays may experience delays until the next business day. box138 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
3.4 Withdrawal Eligibility: You may withdraw funds from your account at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account is fully verified (KYC completed), (b) you have met any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses, (c) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold (typically Rp 100,000), (d) withdrawals are made to a bank account or payment method registered in your name.
3.5 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). Approved withdrawals are transferred to your registered Indonesian bank account within 1-3 business days depending on your bank's processing time. box138 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts exceeding Rp 10,000,000 or if account activity appears suspicious.
3.6 Withdrawal Limits: Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 100,000 minimum and Rp 50,000,000 maximum per transaction. Daily withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification level and transaction history. VIP players may have higher limits—contact support for details. box138 reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments or impose additional verification for security purposes.
3.7 Fees: box138 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges—these are beyond box138's control and are your responsibility. Check with your financial institution for their fee schedule.
4.1 Bonus Terms: All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered by box138 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotions page at the time of the offer. These terms include wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and withdrawal conditions. 5.1 General Betting Rules: All bets placed on box138 are governed by the specific rules of the game or sport being wagered on, published in the respective game rules or sports betting terms sections. In the event of a dispute, box138's decision is final and binding. Bets are considered accepted when confirmed in your bet history. 5.2 Sports Betting Specifics: For sports betting markets including football betting (bandar bola in Indonesian), the following rules apply: (a) bets are settled based on official results announced by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, PSSI for Indonesian football), (b) if a match is postponed or abandoned, bets are typically voided and stakes returned unless the match is completed within 48 hours, (c) Asian handicap, over/under, and other bet types have specific settlement rules detailed in the sports betting terms, (d) in-play (live) bets are subject to price changes and acceptance delays due to action on the field.

9.1 Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the laws applicable to box138's licensing jurisdiction. Where disputes arise, Indonesian players may also refer to relevant Indonesian consumer protection laws, provided they do not conflict with the platform's international licensing framework.

10.1 Right to Amend: box138 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Material changes affecting your rights or obligations will be highlighted and may be communicated via email. Your continued use of box138 services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10.2 Notification Obligation: It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using box138 services and close your account. Failure to object to changes within 14 days of posting shall be deemed acceptance.
10.3 Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalid provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
